 Gardening is one of my favourite sessions of the week. I love to sit outside under the trees listening to the birds and feel the sunshine on my face. I instantly feel calm and relaxed. The beautiful view of the flower garden is a added bonus 🌸

 On Tuesday I visited the rose gardens. I absolutely loved being out in the sun looking at all the beautiful roses.

2 beaches in 2 days!! I a so many happy enjoying this summer sunshine. It was so relaxing on the beach and I loved watching my friends enjoy the water

I had such a wonderful day out with my friends, my favourite bit was sliding down the path on my way back, it was so warm and sunny and I enjoyed all the time I could get with my face in the sunshine!

I really enjoyed making a yummy healthy salad with my friends using the pickled cucumber we made last week. I helped stir the salad and enjoyed eating the vegetables before they went in the bowl

 This morning for girls group I enjoyed a lovely back massage. I was full of smiles and happy laughs. What a great way to spend a rainy day.
