Sensory Dance Performance

 Recently I went to Baycourt Theatre in the Tauranga CDB with Dee. I was lucky to see KJ Dance Studio put on an inclusive show with a sensory twist. They played Music and told stories through dance. There were dancers of all age groups from the school, My favorite dances where the Older group who used classical music and wore flowy costumes. The costumes and make ups were beautiful, I was very quiet and focusing carefully on the music, only slightly humming along.

Sensory Piano

 I watched sensory piano tutorials with some of my favourite songs on piano. I listened carefully and played along with the keyboard, there were pretty lights in the room to set the mood. 

I cooed along to the piano and sang as I played, what a lovely morning.

 I am helping with a new art project by shaking salt and food colouring in a bag to get the salt to change colour. I am really good at it!

Massaging goggles

 Hey guys, I had a cool  relaxing tactile session where I wore massaging eye goggles, that gently massaged my temples and my face muscles, it was so relaxing, it helped that I was listening to one of my favorite singers Patrizio and smelt flowers through a diffuser! I then had a massage on my hands with a small machine and had a hand rub with lotion.  

This is the life.
