What an awesome time I had at the Christmas party on Friday! All my friends were there, heaps of awesome music to dance to, and we were even surprised with a circus show! The food was delicious. What a awesome way to end the year.

Water park

This morning I went on a outing to the lakes water park with my friends! My friends pumped the water for me so I could feel the cold water running onto my hand! The feeling of the cold water made me smile and squeal with excitement! What a beautiful day! 🌞 I also enjoyed a shared lunch with my friends to celebrate my birthday which was yesterday!

Happy halloween

This afternoon we had a Halloween disco! What good fun we had dancing and listening to scared music 🎃

Painting garden signs

This afternoon for gardening we stayed indoors and re painted all our vege garden signs with some cool bright colours

kaka street playground

yesterday afternoon I went to kaka street play ground, I enjoyed going on the merry go round.

Outing

we had a nice outing yesterday out to do some shopping. We got some more supplies that we needed for girls group. We’ve also been learning about all different types of breakfast foods that are healthy.

Rainbow Spring

I had a great day out at Rainbow Springs where we got to see baby Kiwis that only just hatched out of their shells!!! Feed the Fish and seen all the beautiful birds!!!

Fun at the park

yesterday I went to the park. I enjoyed being out In the fresh air watching my friends climb all over the playground. I had a huge smile on my face while I was observing the environment!

Guide dogs

Today we had a visit from the guide dog foundation, they brought in 5 days and one was just a cute little puppy, it was nice to be able to pat them and feed them.

Pulling carrots

today in gardening we pulled some carrots out of the garden. I have got some in my lunchbox to have for dinner one night. This week wasn’t as sunny as last week.

Yesterday was such a beautiful sunny day. I enjoyed spending my afternoon sitting outside in the sun in the garden. I had a huuuge smile on my face.

High Tea at Quantum Vis

Yesterday I visited Quantum Vis Eatery for High Tea with my friends Lenaire and Sheila. I had a ball. My favourites were definitely the savoury treats, such as the 3 tier finger sandwich and the smoked salmon and caper pancake, however I did enjoy the Hummingbird cake!

I enjoy all beautiful things, whether I can smell it or even feeling the warmth of the sun, I am truly blessed to be able to go out and enjoy it...Beauty is in the eye of the beholder!!!

For the Love of Music

I LOVE, LOVE Music, If im not playing an instrument then youll see me moving to the beat, I have great rhythm and will play what ever you put in my hand in particular the piano, which I usually serenade everyone with at the end of the day!!

Magnolia Minerals

I had an outing to Magnolia Minerals in Greerton. its been awhile since my last visit. it has such amazing smells and textures in the shop. the store owner was so kind in helping us with the sliding door into the shop.

Arohanui’s got talent

Today we played Angels by Robbie Williams, I loved playing the piano and my friends are all supportive it’s great.

campfire sensory

This morning I had sensory, we made a campfire scene, I cuddled up in  blanket to keep warm in front of the fire. I enjoyed playing with the string lights. I ran my hands through them and lifted them to my face to have a closer look. I sang happy camp songs.

sonic cinema

i went to the sonic cinema in the historic village today. We watched 'the greatest showman' and ate popcorn! I had a great time and enjoyed the songs!

Greerton Park

Today we went to Greerton Park for a walk in the nice sunshine with friends.

Comvita!

I had an amazing outing to the Comvita store today. I learnt about the history of the bees, learning about the different bee jobs, listening to the sound of the bees and tasting the honey.
It made me laugh out loud !

Fun Friday

Rocking out the day listening to the Beach Boys before lunch. So thankful it didn't rain while I was out at the Warehouse getting some cool photos of me at the park. After lunch I rocked out to some music from the 70s and 80s.

I hosted a dramatic disco this afternoon in music. I had a fantastic time playing opera/ classic music to my friends. Everyone enjoyed it.

Rose gardens Tauranga

last Monday I went to the rose gardens with girls group. I enjoyed smelling the beautiful roses and being surrounded by plants in the tropical plant house. 

Painting Rocks

I have been having such a fun time painting beautiful rocks in arts and crafts. I painted it cool colours and even put my name on it!

Dee's baby shower!

Today was a day of dirty diaper throwing, pin the bottle on the baby, putting nappies on a baby and baby obstacle course! We had a blast! We also had to guess who's who from staff baby photos AND guess the amount of sweets in the baby bottle. 
I did awesome at the 'dirty diaper throw'... coming first!!!

Girl time

yesterday I spent some time with Leigh. She put my hair up in rollers and I loved it.

Marshalls Farm

what a beautiful day to go on an outing to Marshalls Farm. Had such a lovely time looking at the animals. The big horse, Gabrielle, even gave me a kiss! While I was watching the parrot, Joey, a cheeky rooster came up beside me and crowed loudly. It made me laugh. I would love to visit here again.
